- TreeReader:
- improved error handling
- check and warn about invalid branchlength specifier
- splitted load_tree() into load_named_node() and load_subtree()
- now correctly reads name of root-node
- better support for single node subtrees (e.g. '(a)'); still does not work correctly in several cases
- fix test data:
- trees/test.
 contained a malformed length-specifier at root-node
- trees 'tree_newick_group' and 'tree_newick_len_group' contain a named root. Expect that group in resulting
