- remove from all defaults:
- font (xfig-scale; kept in EDIT4 as it differed there)
- foreground (always 'black' or 'Black'),
- color_1-3 (this is unused meanwhile),
- window layouts (definitely unwanted in defaults!).
- remove obsolete file: merge.arb (probably meant for merge-tool; but unused).
- remove from dist:
- filter, weights, rates + alignment.
- values which are same as default.
- unkown properties.
- output treename (since r5417 new hardcoded default was tree_nj, but w/o effect arb_dist was still showing tree_tmp).
- remove nearly all from phylo.arb (contents were all relicts from arb_dist; probably related to r1246).
- remove unwanted defaults for arb parsimony.
- fix indentation.
