merge from dev [7716] [7732] [7733] [7734] [7735]

  • script to add+remove svn ignores recursively
    • ignore *.gcno
    • do not ignore *.gcda
    • no longer ignore 'Makefile.bak' - instead ignore '*.bak'
    • no longer ignore 'ChangeLog' in subdirs
