  • support new probe match params introduced in [7986] from ARB_NT (fixes #241)
    • Separate expert windows for probe match/design
    • create_probe_design_variables
      • renamed property-db params to make clear which awars go to props/db
      • AWAR_PROBE_ADMIN_PT_SERVER now saved in DB
    • added help for new parameters; fixed help of probe-design-expert; put bonds into own helpfile
  • Property svn:eol-style set to native

18                Define threshold for splitting melting domains:

20                        Type a value to the 'Threshold for Splitting' subwindow.
21                        This value is subtracted from the mean of all pairing
22                        values of the potential probe target hybrid. If the
23                        resulting value is lower than that of a particular
24                        mispairing, it is assumed that the remaining base paired
25                        stretches melt independently. The dissociation
26                        temperature of the whole hybrid is that of the more
27                        stable part of it.
