- implements #22 ("expand zombies")
- DRYed NT- and PARSIMONY-'collapse/expand'-submenu
- provides 'collapse terminal' to PARSIMONY (missing there)
- merged all helpfiles concerning collapse/expand into one
- fixes missing help for 'collapse terminal'
- added 'expand any color group'
- expand/collapse-callbacks
