- new make target 'addlibs' (used by tarfile)
- uses SOURCE_TOOLS/provide_libs.pl to copy some shared libs to lib/addlibs (they will be packed into binary)
- removed lib/addlibs/install_libs.sh and libGLEW.so.1.3.5
