TITLE           Save / load secondary structure

DESCRIPTION     Allows to save/load the secondary structure information into/from
                a file.

                The information is stored HELIX-relative, i.e. two alignments sharing the
                same HELIX information, may exchange their secondary structure information
                using this function.
