TITLE           Import/export format management

OCCURRENCE      ARB_NT/File/Import/Import from external format/Test
                ARB_NT/File/Export/Export to external format/Test

DESCRIPTION     To create own import/export filters (i.e. format specifications) for import/export, this 
                window contains several management buttons:

                 * EDIT opens the selected filter in a text editor
                 * COPY does copy the filter into the user-local filter directory (normally "~/.arb_prop/filter")
                 * RENAME does change the name of the filter
                 * DELETE does delete the filter
