19        Different base pairs in helix regions can be indicated by user-definable symbols.
20        This window allows you to change the mapping between base pairs and displayed

27                Pair definitions. Each line contains two textfields:

29                     The left textfield contains one or more base-pairs. Each base
30                     pair contains two characters (bases, gaps-characters, ...).
