Add new sort criteria for results in the query window:
- by distance between currently selected species and all queries species (distance in main-
)
- by topology position (of main-)
The goal of the first criterion is to search for the nearest type strain:
- Test
: ~westram/data/6apr1608_containsTypestrains.arb
- Typestrain field: wl_type_sr=yes
Implementation:
- add function to calculate distance between queried and selected → store it in a field
- custom sort criteria for search&query (#560)
