ARB_EDIT4 block selection/deselection

Description
In ARB_EDIT, when selecting/deselecting block with thousands of sequences, it will take minutes, although surely it doesn't need much calculation. Maybe some unnecessary steps with the displaying? This
occurred since ever.

Tried with >10k sequences in LTPs115_SSU.arb, cannot detect any problem.
