Nobody understands why you get 10 sequences in the 
if you send out 40 for bootstrap analysis…

- there was no such feature, it was a bunch of bugs
- fixed by [8449:8481]
- also fixed bootstrapping with filters (did jackknifing before)

duplicate of #150:
The rejection of sequences from bootstrapped trees reconstructed with ARB neighbour joining drives
crazy. I get constant requests why they mark XX sequences but in the 
they just get a subset back. This feature should be removed or made optional.
