Description
- depending on selection of filter and/or compression only a subset of marked sequences is written to output file
Affects:
- Export sequences to foreign format
- All GDE functions using sequences (e.g.
ctors)

Can't reproduce anymore.
- For me older revisions either crash with glibc-detected memory-corruption or work fine.
- might have been fixed by [6043]
