Remove some inconsistencies in grey menu points

1. Integrated aligners -> Report -> Report to resident entries should be grey
2. Select a Filter -> Do you want to simplify your data -> Simplified AA should be grey
3. Database fields admin -> only Convert fields, Delete/hide fields and Remove unused fields should be grey, the rest should be visible in Novice mode
4. Tree -> add species to existing tree -> AxML + FastdnaMl? (max 500 species) should be grey

was already in code, but mask-state was reset after each button/toggle/... (fixed)

3. Database fields admin -> only Convert fields, Delete/hide fields and Remove unused fields should be grey, the rest should be visible in Novice mode

Why 'remove unused fields'? Cause of name? Maybe rename it into 'Forget unused fields'.

Since 'Refresh fields' = 'Scan unknown'+'Remove unused' it's accessible anyway.
