Description
Exporting data from ARB and then messing around to get the results back into ARB isn't really the intended way. It'd be good to have more of the popular tools integrated into ARB. (I wouldn't add the code for the tools to ARB as well. Changing interfaces should be easy to deal with once they come up by putting a wrapper script into $ARBHOME/bin)
Tools that spring to mind are:
- MUSLCE
- MaFFT
- fasttree
But there's probably a lot more.
