Add some means for "flagging" sequences, with support to change the flag directly in the editor, i.e. to mark them as "curated", "bad", "edited", "new", …

Possible layout of flags in editor Possible layout

Options to configure:

  • global on/off toggle (./)
  • list of displayed flags hardcoded 5 flags instead (./)
  • GC for header + 2 GCs for flag (./)
  • for each flag:
    • header text (./)
    • database field (selectable) (./)
