Add some means for "flagging" sequences, with support to change the flag directly in the editor, i.e. to mark them as "curated", "bad", "edited", "new", …
Possible layout
Options to configure:
global on/off toggle
list of displayed flagshardcoded 5 flags instead
GC for header+ 2 GCs for flag

database field (selectable)
