User Import/Export filters

Import and Export filters can only be installed globally at the moment. Often, users need to have their own, customized import/export filters.

  • add the possibility to have import/export filters in .arb_props
  • import filter selection shall update after adding/removing filters in their local directories

To be more precise: requested by developer of ​https://github.com/EESI/ARB-toolkit

Their requirement is to have a location where a tool running in user-context has permissions to write/update an (import-)filter. That import filter should then appear in ARB importer.
