Remove CLOSE button from all windows

Description
There is no need for a second CLOSE button. All windows can and should be closed using the 'x' in the top left/right corner of the window.

There is no need for a second CLOSE button. All windows can and should be closed using the 'x' in the top left/right corner of the window.
I think that should not be done unconditionally, e.g. for windows providing 'Ok/Go?' and 'Abort/Cancel?' button (at the bottom), having the close-button feels natural to me.
Such windows also shall not be changed into modal windows (we generally do not like modal windows in arb, see #179)
