Equal-Toggle in SEARCH & QUERY shows wrong state

The toggle showing the '=' or unequal sign does always display the wrong state.

• When it shows unequal, it acts like equal.
• Motif version started on the same properties shows the inverse state.

Other toggles using pixmaps are also affected, e.g.

• LESS/MORE button in EDIT4 top area
• ALIGN/EDIT button ———- " ———-

Checking the alignment direction button is blocked by #348. It displays the same value as motif - so it looks right. But since that many pixmax-toggles are affected, i'm in doubt it is correct.

Unaffected toggles:

• 'CONS', 'REPEAT' and 'KEYMAP' work as expected
