Editor sequence display corrupts when using scrollbars

found with u1004, demo.arb

  • editor resized such that both scrollbars are non-fullsized (i.e. view smaller than canvas)
  • use scrollbars with mouse and scroll very slowly to see corrupted sequence display (see photo)

This reintroduces behavior that was fixed for motif version years ago (maybe 10y or more).

The "big black pixel-bar" below the horizontal folding-line (see picture) occurs in trunk as well. It has been reintroduced by [10881]. Reverted from trunk by [11074]
