Allow to "link" protein and DNA alignment

Linked alignments shall automatically
- translate if DNA alignment is changed
- realign if protein alignment is changed
so that both are always in sync.
Other affected functions:
- copy alignment (do NOT copy link)
- delete alignment (remove link from linked alignment)
- rename alignment (fix link)
