- check whether MrBayes can handle proteins
- if not → disallow to select protein alignment
- if it does → fix wrong sequence type in NEXUS input file
currently containsDATATYPE = RNA
- check whether !FastTree2 can handle proteins
- if called with protein-alignment it currently complains
