Description

Reproduce:

  • run 
    arb_ntree demo.arb demo.arb
  • click 'Check alignments'
  • fails assertion in MG_alignment_vars_callback added with [12403] ([12401])

This does not fail in trunk. In fact, the callback isn't called there at all.
