I'm connecting remotely to a machine that has arb and my arb files. I'm trying to do a bootstrap analysis on a small tree (72 sequences) and each time no matter the number of trees i select for bootstrap analysis it fails with this…

I've tested that with the database 'demo.arb' (as delivered together with arb_5.3) and it works w/o problems. Could you please test with demo.arb on your machine and report?

If it works with demo.arb, it's probably a problem with your database. Could you provide me with a copy, so i could test?
