(added GFX to hold SVGs for icons)
- add icons for arb.pt, ARF, ARM, amc, eft, ift, mask, sellst
- add file types to arb.xml
- register some ARB command to run with them?
- what about FASTA etc?
- build various sizes from SVGs

Neither. I created GFX/ and added a file icon while I was working on the Debian package. This ticket holds the things I didn't do but that might be useful/sensible.
