Concatenated alignments

Description
- Instead of inserting markers between different alignments, add a SAI to the concatenated alignment and mark alignment borders there
- Store information about the concatenated source alignments in the concatenated alignment
- Allow to synchronize between source- and concatenated alignment:
- conc → source (check CRC)
- source → conc
