Arb crashed when using the undo button

Description

I removed the unmarked instead of the marked species, which left me with an empty tree (one species was marked). When clicking the undo button to save my tree arb crashed.

Removing all species but one from a tree is equivalent to deleting the tree. Problems with undoing 'delete tree' is already documented in #480
