Motivation:
- currently the size of group-handles (lozenge at branch-root) and that of marked-indicators (boxes before species name) cannot be customized
- esp. for higher resolutions it's hard to detect and select the group-handles
Wanted customization:
- define relative size for group-handles and marked-indicators
- calculate absolute size from
- their relative size
- the currently used fontsize
- the vertical relative branch distance
