Use TreeShader to highlight common species during sync-scroll

Description
Motivation: When using synchronized scrolling (#683) it's difficult to see which species are common in both views (master and slave).
Use a TreeShader to highlight the species collected in the master-view (according to their position inside that view) ⇒ highlights only common species in slave-view
