Problems with RAxML in ARB

Description

When ever I try to use RAxML in ARB I have the above error message, can anyone help me? Thank you kind regards

Please try to read output given by RAxML.
You should find some error there.

Which arb version do you use?

I have the same problem.

Can't load 'RAxML_log.viaARB' (Rason: No such file or directory) ( at /usr/lib/arb/bi/raxml2arb.pl line 51)

raxmlHPC-PTHREADS-AX: axml.c6919: get_args: Assrtion 'result != (cha*)((void *)0)' failed Aborted (core dumped)

raxml2arb.pl viaARB 1 normal 1 import'PRG=RAxML Filter=ssuref:bacteria/termin RATE=DIST=GTRGAMMA-25 ALGO=new rapid chill climbing

Message: can't load RAxML_log.viaARB

What it can mean ? My system is Ubuntu 14.04 and arb 6.0.6

One reason causing this problem are multiple interfering arb-installations.
That is especially likely if arb had been installed via package manager (as available under ubuntu/debian) and also has been installed manually (tarball from http://download.arb-home.de/)

To avoid problems please uninstall the arb version installed via package manager
and/or
call the 'arb'-script with fully specified path, e.g.

pathToMyARB/bin/arb
