analyse sequence compression

Sequence compression depends on distribution of master sequences.

Currently approx. 50 sequences (in ) are assigned to 1 master sequence (up to 2008 approx. 18 sequences were used).

Test:

• try different amounts of sequences per master sequence
• test with different database sizes (esp. big DBs)

Possible implementation:

• allow to specify a range for amount of sequences per master, iterate over range and use best amount.
