Status quo:

  • groups are selected for transfer, if best target subtree contains marked species

Wanted behavior:

  • source group selection by marked species
    • transfer all groups that contain marked species
    • transfer all groups that contain only marked species

Possible implementation:

  • trace number of marked species in SpecSet ⇒ allows to skip whole test of groups vs. tree
