Cannot connect to ftp server

Description
Hello,
Since Dec 7, 2018, I do not seem to be able to connect to the ftp server ftp.arb-silva.de/qiime/ using and FTP client (I'm using Filezilla 3.39), although I am able to connect to it through http using a browser (http://ftp.arb-silva.de/qiime/). Is it something you can help with?

Anyway: I can access the ftp location w/o problems.
