Description
Currently ARB builds with gcc versions up to the 10.x-series.
Need to provide builds with the following versions:
| gcc version | used by distro |
| 11.4.1 | RHEL9 |
| 12.2.0 | debian12, ubuntu2204 |
| 13.2.0 | ubuntu2404 |
| 14.2.0 | debian13, RHEL10 |
| 15.x | ubuntu2604 |
