Description
When expanding the alignment e.g. in the 16S SSU Ref dataset e.g. at the end with 5000 positions Sec_Edit shows an error message insted of the Secondary structure - see attachment

Unconfirmed: could not reproduce error under Ubuntu 9.04 AMD64.

SVN 5990 on Opensuse 10.3:
crashes with segfault under certain conditions (observed with SSURef_96 and SSURef_98):
Sec_edit after inserting (e.g. by 5000 columns) at alignment position 50001 crashes (Backtrace attached!)
After inserting the same number of columns at a previous alignment position, e.g. 43310, Sec_edit visualizes the secondary structure model.
