Description
add the possibility to save config-settings to a file and to load them again on another machine from inside the config-manager.
(These settings are currently stored only in properties, i.e. you get problems if you use ARB in several different home-directories)
- Test if file was exported from same config-section. If not → ask, but allow
to override
