Allow to rename DB field

Description
- bad idea: simply rename the field in the key
- possible errors to avoid:
- new field name has to be new
- old field name should only be used as species-field or as gene-field (or similar) and nowhere else in the
, otherwise these fields get renamed as well and there will be strange side-effects.
- better implement rename by copy+delete
