ARB Window for RAXML is too big

The Window for RAXML does not fit when you have a resolution beyond 1280x1024. I would avoid the two big "Select a weighting mask" and "Base tree" windows. Make them as small as possible - most of the users will never use them.

with svn-version 5962 on Ubuntu 9.04 and an resolution of 1920x1200 the RAXML window looks normal. The above mentioned selection boxes are sized normal
