Add PhyML bootstrap option to the ARB menu

Bootstrapping with PhyML is currently only in interactive mode possible. This is rather strange since a cryptic series of commands needs to be typed in without getting information whats going on. I would suggest to add this option directly to the ARB Menu as it is done for the Phylip programs.
