ARB crashes when transferring species or SAIs if the amount of alignemnt position is extended

This happens in "SVN 5766M turn MGG Testversion (SINA)", but not in "MGG ARB version 071207 recommended (SINA)". When I'm merging two databases, after entering "Transfer Species" and searching for some sequences and clicking on any of the sequences in the HITLIST, ARB is suddenly broken with the following message:

Its also happens if a SAI is selected in the 'Manage SAI' menu. The problem can be fixed by reducing the amount of alignment positions to e.g. 55000, the database where this happened hat > 300000
