genbank_mulit.ift import filter does not work with genbank files

Description

Some problem in the Perl skript I can not fix.. [Action: 'perl $ARBHOME/PERL_SCRIPTS/ARBTOOLS/IFTHELP/genbank_gen_long_features.pl < /megx/home/fog/arb/testdb/protein/aconitase_1_dna.gb > /tmp/aconitase_1_dna.gb_fog_2222_0.tmp'] Unexpected case (expected new feature) at /arb/software/arbsvn_5924M_tum64/PERL_SCRIPTS/ARBTOOLS/IFTHELP/genbank_gen_long_features.pl line 61, <STDIN> line 109. in line 34 of inputfile

Doe salso not work with Dec 2007 version - maybe a change in the Genbank Format Example file and importfilter is attached.

The perl script allows only [a-z] for feature names. gb_multi_perl changes this to also allow underscores.

(with gb_multi_perl I mean the attached patch, not a function call ;)
