genbank_mulit.ift import filter does not work with genbank files

Description
Some problem in the Perl skript I can not fix.. Doe salso not work with Dec 2007 version - maybe a change in the Genbank Format Example file and importfilter is attached.

The perl script allows only [a-z] for feature names. gb_multi_perl changes this to also allow underscores.

(with gb_multi_perl I mean the attached patch, not a function call
