Fix multiple tree view

There are still some separation issues between two NT windows.
Related to the "modes" toolbar on the left
- modes are selected separately for each window (both windows should use the same mode)
- mode line always shows the info for the last selected mode (will be fixed with above issue)
Species menu
Several entries from the species menu are 
-related and should/may be shown in secondary NT windows as well:
- Mark species (esp. the -related methods)
- Species selection? (the 'highlight in ' feature; only reachable via 'XX marked' button)
- 'Sort species/according to phylogeny'
Other menus
- go through all other menus and look for -related functions
(or go through code and look where the canvas is passed as callback parameter)
