Generating new name when importing sequences - additional fields ignored?

Description
The additional field (like start) is ignored and even not imported by the current EMBL or GenBank? import filters. This leads to dublicates which are not indicated by .1 .2 in the name field when the names in the database are generated taking into account e.g. the start field.
