No tree calculation with any external program is possible

After finishing the calculation process with DNAPars, PhyML or ®AXML no message like "Press return to close window" box in the bash is shown. When killing the bash a message box pops up telling that ARB is unstable now… PhyML output in the bash:

After killing the bash: ARB message 15:14.49 ARB is most likely unstable now (due to this error).

If you've made changes to the database, consider to save it using a different name. Try to fix the cause of the error and restart ARB.

Scheint nur auf unserem System aufzutreten - warum ist unbekannt. Auf Suse und Standard Ubuntu geht das.
