tree copy/rename disfunctional after opening 'Compare topology'

Description

Reproduce:

  • open demo.arb
  • open Tree/Tree admin
  • click Copy
    • enter 'xxx' to new
    • click 'Unique'
    • new tree name changes to 'tree_xxx' (works as expected)
  • now click 'Compare topology' or 'Move node info'

⇒

  • the new tree name in the Copy Tree window changes to 'tree_?????' (the default)
  • entering a new name is impossible from now on

Caused by selectionlist defaultfallback.
