Arb crashes when expanding node with 20k terminal branches 

/opt/arb/bin/arb_launcher: line 25: 18731 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) $CMD
[arb_launcher[0]: 'arb_ntree' has terminated with error 139]
[arb_launcher[0]: All launched processes terminated]

Can't reproduce your problem. I've tested attachment:biggroup_species_deleted_opti.arb​​ with arb.6.0.6 w/o any problems.

I assume your problem is caused by sth else. Please contact us via arb@….
