provide macro playback from CLI for merge tool

arb_ntree allows to specify a macro for playback on CLI.

When calling the merge tool, now playback happens.

Todo:

  • activate playback if merge is active
  • provide a new macro similar to $(ARBHOME)/lib/macros/_dolog.amc:
    • shall work with mergetool
    • shall record/backup using a different name
  • will implement part of #819
  • introduces #867 for merge tool
